One year after the auction....
by Andy Sat 06/05 2010 - 12:00 PM

Today, June 6th, marks the one year anniversary of the TGA auction.

You may have noticed that I have been completely silent on the forums since the auction and it seems (for those that haven't been following me on facebook) that I have fallen off the face of the earth.

Unfortunately to this very day, I am still dealing with issues related to the flood which have prevented me from bringing the proper closure
to this terrible event.

I am here today to tell you that my silence has not been by choice. For the past year, TGA has been involved in a legal battle (with TGA being the victim) that I am still in the process of trying to finalize. This legal battle has prevented me from talking publicly about the events that have transpired over the past twelve months. I cannot begin to express

Next TGA Meetup January 9th!
by Piano Man Sun 12/27 2009 - 02:43 PM

THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN! SATURDAY JANUARY 9TH IS THE NEXT MEET UP!
PLEASE ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 2:00 PM

So, as it stands, Saturday January 9th will be the next meet up. I should be able to get the day off, if not I'll find out by tomorrow. Otherwise, assume gathering at my house (PM me if you need the address) starting around 2:00 pm. If anyone is traveling long distance and may need to stay over either the night before or the night of, I do not mind but I need to know at least 4 days in advance.

If you could, please post in this thread to state that you are coming, and how many are coming with you. Otherwise I hope the holidays are treating all of you well, and I'll see you soon.

OK, I'm looking to have the meet up in January, for two reasons.

One is it will be after the holidays, and should be easier for people to dedicate a Saturday to the event. Plus it'll be easier for me to get a day out of work.

Two is that, as some of you may know, I've been extremely sick lately. I thought I would have recovered by now, but I'm still struggling to recover. I should be fine by January (I hope...).

If everyone could vote on which Saturday would be best that would be fantastic, and also post a comment in addition to your vote.

Take care and be safe,

Finally another meet-up

UPDATE 12/6 - PLEASE VOTE ON A DATE IN THIS THREAD

Hello everyone, your friendly neighborhood Piano Man here. I've been sick for about two months now, still recovering, but back to a stable state. Having said that, I'd like to try and organize another meet-up for everyone, preferably before Christmas.

So, when would you guys like to gather 'round and celebrate? Also, if anyone else wants to hold meet-ups on their own or at their houses/locations elsewhere, feel free and post about it here.

I know things have been quiet on the forums, but I've been keeping an eye on people logging in, so I know all of you are still checking in; thank you! Also, I know Andy has been quiet here, but I've spoken with him briefly a few times, and he and Chie are doing fine and wish you all the best.
