TGA WILL BE OPEN THIS TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2ND, DUE TO THE SCHOOL HOLIDAY.
TGA WILL BE CLOSED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY, AND EVERY TUESDAY THERE AFTER UNLESS POSTED OTHERWISE.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!
i just wanted to say thank you to everyone who attended this weekend. And pass a message along from my father (transcribing for him at the keyboard) to you:
"It was a pleasure meeting all of you. You are a very impressive and great group of young people and I really enjoyed your company. I really had a lot of fun, very enjoyable! I was looking forward to this trip for a very long time and I'm very glad I was able to make it and spend some time with everyone there. I started TGA with my son, so young people would have a place to go and have fun and could spend time together.
Everyone was really skilled at the games they were playing. The crazy costumes and wild outfits were really somthing else. Very impressive. I am very sorry I could not stay longer, I am not feeling very well these days and had to get home because I was sick.
Thank you agian for your kindness. I appreciate all the support you have given the store and my family during this difficult time.
I am hoping I can meet all of you again someday!
Ed"
Again, thank you for everything, everyone who showed kindness to my father, it really meant a lot to me for him to be there and to be around people that really enjoyed his company.
I really wish I could have stayed longer, but due to my father's condition I had to get him home quickly.
If you played DDR, you probably noticed the pads were not their usual self. This is because my entire day was spent getting my father down to the store and not performing the daily maintence on the pads. I don't think anyone really cared.
But if you do care and are pissed off / more concerned about getting a pad miss than a person with bone cancer and a brain tumor taking a 3 hour car ride to come and meet you then sleeping 20 hours straight to recover, you don't belong at TGA.
But like I said, nobody complained, but as TGA members I wanted to let you know what happened and why it happened. So I thank you for your understanding, you guys (and girls) are the best.
Thank you to anyone who has ever supported TGA in any way. If you were there this weekend, you know what the surprise is. If you weren't there, I am going to wait until it is 100% confirmed before I say anything, just in case something falls through at the last minute.
Again, thank you, and I will keep you updated.
