Most definitely. I hope its worth it. And I hope they try something new with the battle sytem. *crosses fingers* The FF series has good plots, good graphics, good characters, but I don't like menu battle. But doubt they will because it is a tried and true method.

The problems with experiments with battle systems is... they can seem cool in concept, but once you build a game with a batle sysytem, and realise, Oh shit, it sucks. It's usually too late to turn back and revamp the whole game to a better one.
Frankly, I'm scared of them trying a new battle system, I'm not a HUGE fan of the 1st/3rd person RPG style, it makes the game so hack and slash and just... well, blah really. All battles become the same after a point. And while that happens with Turn Based, you have alot more options with Turn based, normally.
PErsonally, I would like to see more, GOOD, FF Tactics Style Games, it is a turn based system that allows for alot more individual customiosation with your characters, and what you do in combat, since you have to worry about position height, etc.
Anyway, just my few cents...
This game kinda worries me... even though I <3 vincent like no ones buisness.

I agree with you totally. I definitely love games like FF Tactics but my problem with the newer games in that genre, for example, Disgaea and La Pucelle Tactics, is that they are TOO deep. I don't have all the time that they require to level up your characters, and going into the item world in Disgaea was an impressive but almost tedius section of the game. I'm interested in the newest one coming out, something about a girl being able to put spirits into items, like trees and rocks and swords, and they become party members and stuff. I don't remember what it's called.
