Anyone seen Rescue Me?

I finally caught this show for the first time tonight. It is a REALLY well done show on FX. If anyone has seen it, please discuss.

I saw a couple of episodes of it. I am still trying to figure out who all those people where on the beach with him but they appeared to be not real. Where they ghosts or memories or something along the lines of that???

ive never heard of this show. im gonna have to try to find out what time it comes on so that i can watch it

I am pretty sure it is on either at 9 or 10 on Wednesday or Thursday night. I remember watching it at least at 10:00pm Thursday or maybe I am not good with days???
