i was just thinking of what me and my friend did a few months ago, we looked up the lyrics to a song by cannibal corpse, and he played it on the acoustic guitar while i sung the lyrics emo style, it was hot

i've done that, but backwards. Me and my homies were playing songs like the Police, but sung metal style. And if this becomes an emo bash thread, it's getting the hulk smash.

I love acoustic, half the time the acoustic version is better

By that logic, electric is just as good, because half the time the acoustic would NOT sound better. :gator:

electric is good because sometimes the synthesizers in the song can't be replaced with acoustic or unless you need something to jump around too :D

man, i wish i seen this happen, i probably would have been laughing but it probably would have been wicked awesome (in my opinion) :D

Emo is cool. If I was gonna start a band, it would have to be something I could get out a lot of stress with. I'd play anything and everything I wanted to, I wouldnt stick to any typical style. I like acoustic, electric, synth, beats, whatever man. Music is the key to all things happiness. BTW, Emo girls are hotness.
