this game was my favorite game of all time when i was like 5 or 6 years old! but does anyone still play the game on SNES?

I played this series quite a bit, and I was actually old enough to play regularly on the arcade scene. I have a soft spot for the game, but some of the system was seriously flawed. Mostly used Orchid in 1 (but not that standard b,f+6, 1, etc. combo everyone and their mother did, because it was so easy to break) and Jago in 2.

I only played cinder. The game itself concentrated way too much on combos, but it was still fun

i always used cinder in KI1 and in KI2 i used sabrewolf, they kicked ass!

I loved that game when i had SNES. I would sit there for hours playing killer instinct. i would usually choose sabre wolf and cinder and i would own with them. KI was deffinetly one of my fav SNES games! :)

Definitely a favorite fighting game of mine. Orchid and Sabrewulf, man. I think I played Fulgore at some point, too...
It got old when I had no one to play except the computer...and combos are the key, and you couldn't ever do any because the computer would break them all before you even thought you were pulling one.

Cinder had that RETARDED infinite. He sucked. :P

Fulgore and Glacius were decent in both games. Everyone changed SO MUCH from 1 to 2 though. Most of the characters were completely different. Well, I guess TJ Combo wasn't. And maybe Fulgore. But that's about it.

this is definetly true, i didnt even reconize some of the characters but the character who changed the most was Glacius. he grew toes and iceicles dont hang from his face he has like three or four fingers on each hand and he looks a lot bigger.

o man....... o dear jesus, I LOVE THIS GAME! If i EVER find a machine (which i doubt) I'LL BUY IT! lol thats how much i miss it. I was like .... well young when i played and it was the best thing aside from mortal kombat 2,3. Man..... thanks for the memories, good times i had. O and my fave characters were orchid, fulgore in 1 and jago, fulgore, sabrewulf in 2. lol the CHEAPEST THING i loved doing was using Jago's SPIRIT move where you come back as your "ghost" and have a second chance in killing the guy. AHHHHHH THEY SHOULD MAKE A KI3!!!!!!!

I know someone that has a KI1 machine. :) Friend of a friend. I played it though.

Jago's Spirit move from KI2 was pointless. It did NOTHING. You come back after you die with half a bar of health, but when you did it, it took away half a bar of health! You didn't gain anything! That's probably why they took it out of KI Gold for N64.

And as for "changes" between KI1 and 2, I meant how you used them; not their appearance. And following the storyline, the Glacius from KI1 was a different alien dude than the one from KI2 anyway.
