Is there anyone out ther besides me that is excited for Street Racing Syndicte? That game looks like Need For Speed Underground meets GT3's customizability. Not to menton pink slip races online. Check it out

it doesnt liik like it gives you the same sense of speed that a good racing game should :\ other than that it looks ok

I think end of next month. Eather way, my and my friend eric are buying it the first day, and by the end of the night, will have a tricke dout car. We will also hold a tourny with semi-finals and finals being pink slip races only :D we are SO mean

No one complains about the complete lack of speed in Gran Turismo games... except me. :\

(Then again, Ferrari F355 Challenge felt slow at times and I did not mind it one bit. Who knows.)

I wonder if they are even going to try to keep the pink slip races from being a duplication machine. The easiest solution would be to make cars won in pink slip races can not be sold off formoney (along with the parts from said car).

Other than that, who knows. I am not down with this whole "living enviroment" trend (that is code for "we are too lazy to design our own experiences so we just let the game randomly generate them instead")

I personally like the Living environment. A scripted linear game, like Need for Speed Underground gets boring when you cant just drive around and do everyhting yourself. Id rather take a game where you take missions in the enviroment as opposed to being assigned missions in a certian enviroment. Hopefully, the will fix the sence of speed by the release.
