Ok, since the world of techno/trance/House is friggen huge, i thought "Why not make a thread where people can post one song a week and expose that song/artist to those who many not know him/her/them" and i decided to make the thread.
So this is how its going to go down, im going to post an artist and a song a week, and you can aquire the song and give an opinion on it. Im going to start it off with a well known artist. The artist and song of this week is

BT- Mercury and Solace

Let the feedback roll, ill be here all week.

BT fucking rocks. Never Gonna Come Back Down and Dreaming all the way.

[ps send me some more BT bitch, shareaza is evil]

Yeah, BT seems like he's a really nice guy too. Has a very kind demeanor about him. Hmm let's see I'll throw out a name.

CJ Bolland-The Prophet
A classic techno song with big bass

DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Here's my reccomendation:

Ambient: Aphextwin - Donkey Rhubarb
Weird: Aphextwin - Windowlicker
Gabber: dj Deception - Fucked Up Ringtones
Speedcore: dj Exclipse - Devistator
Amazing Hardcore: Bonkers 12 - Scott Brown's Mix.. Or Breeze and Stylez mix for that matter.
Not the best, but still good: Aphextwin - Pancake Lizard

LISTEN TO ALL OF THESE.

I've got tons of hardcore on vinyl, it's really fun to spin. I'm a fan of the death chant record label, with dj hellfish.

I don't have any way to access these songs. :( Can anyone possibly load them onto servers or shit like that to post up maybe?

Or maybe not?

Anyways, recently, I;ve fallen into dance SO hard I must have a concussion. Electronic dance is so good. Since you guys seem to be big BT fans, one song you should look into is Simply Being Loved (Somnambulist) by BT. Find the Junkie XL Vocal Remix if you can. I heard the version that's going into USDDRExtreme sucks. :/

Craz

Simply Being Loved is one of the best BT songs i have heard, though i think Superfabulous is better.

Alright people, it has been a week, and its now time for the next techno/trance/house song of the week. This week its

Robert Miles-Children

This has been a long time favorite of mine. This song exploded onto the club scene in the early to mid 90's and it got big too fast. it pretty much led to the whole "ohhh he is so overplayed, he sucks" type deal. Well you know the drill, get the song and give some feadback.

Garrett

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate BT. Every song of his is 2step pop trance crap. The only song I ever liked was Superfabulous, which got old after a week.

And Robert Miles's Children is the worst trance song I have ever heard. Seriously.

I still like some trance and stuff, but I just hate that.

Anyways, house is the supreme in rocking, especially the funky house genres. Although most people here know this artist, most haven't checked him out past "Beautiful Days."

He's DJing at a rave in CT i think August 20th or something. I have never been to a rave before and would really like to go to one so if anyone is interested in going cause I wanna get a bunch of people to go I think it's only like $10 as opposed to most raves i planned on going to are like $25
