Halo is like the best game in XBOX, but has anyone ever seen Halo 2 (which i bet most of u have seen) ? give a shout it if u have and talk about it

Yea Halo is deffinetly the best game on Xbox, ive only played it once though and i forgot how to play haha.

I definitely can't wait until the TGA Halo tournament is set up. I suck at it, but if we can get a full 16-player deathmatch going, it'll be just freaking awesome.

Yea, Halo is fun stuff, but I wouldn't say it's the best X-Box game. There are alot of fun ones. Dark Alliance 2, D&D Heros, PSO (played offline with friends....) =D, Gladius, Crimson Skies, they're all good games, and I don't think Halo really Beats any of them out, but I don't think any of them beat Halo out either.

See, to me, an X-Box game is almost entirely based on how good it is multi player, cause me and my friends have frequent X-Box Lans.

Regardless... the Halo tourny will be cool if I'm around. I might actually do well =D

Hmm, I'd consider joining the tourny. I've just recently been able to play first person games. I used to get motion sickness. But I got some motion sickness bracelets and that helps a lot.
Since then I've been keeping up with the weekly updates of halo2 on bungie.net Can't wait.

I just sold my X Box as a matter of fact, due to what i believed what a grim future. And with that money i bought the new Megaman battle network and mario golf advance tour. Dang. I got my xbox to mod, to play all the oldschool games on there. Try to fit about 100,000 games on there or so. I think the fact that it's just a glorified computer, gives it a lot more options to keep it around. :]

I don't see what's so awesome about Halo. I mean... it's just another FPS. There wasn't anything to really set it apart from other FPS'. So... ya... and plus... Xbox controllers are awful and therefore Xbox controls are awful.

yea i agree that the xbox controllers are awful, they are big and bulky so its hard to play on them espeacially when u are used to a PS2 controller or something. but i love halo. Dr.J im gonna have to come over and we can practice kickin ass at the tourny! :p

I wish i could find some way to hack a mouse and keyboard to get it to read on Xbox. I hate playing FPS's on consoles, but my stuggles are the same as everyone elses.

I mean, it's what you make out of it. My best FPS experiences were with Halo, and that's only with 3 other people playing, there is a lot of fun to be had with that game. Who cares if there are subpar graphics, look at CounterStrike for god's sake. That game has the worst FPS graphics that I've ever seen but people still hail it as the best FPS in the world. Halo is only fun (to me) in multiplayer and it does have some kind of a story when you go through single-player mode. I'm still waiting for that ever popular, 16-player deathmatch, and it seems that only Halo supports that right now, if not prove me wrong.

Im not even refering to CS right now because that game has gone to the pits. Im talking about games like Painkiller, Battelfield, No One Lives Forever 2, Half Life, ect ect. Me personally, i love class based warefare, I.E: Medics, solders, demolion men, Snipers. Makes for a very deep element of team stragety. Halo is a fun as hell game Multiplayer. Ill give it that. Some of some really fun times was with Halo playing with 3 of my other friends. But in terms of comparision to PC games, my multiplayer experiences playing in a 64 player server in Battelfield are more fun.

P.S: I have a Subpar computer compared to today's standards and i can run FPS's just fine with little or no slowdown.

you know what i hate: how people dislike XBOX because of the size of the controller. dont lke the size? buy a japanese/controler S. they are smaller and disigned for smaller hands. when people dont look past the size of the effing CONTROLLER, and dont see the stuff that makes XBox awsome.
so if the controller is too big to hold, suck it up. and experience its wicked awsome ness.

i never had a problem with the controllers. Oo; when i first saw them i was surprised, i thought they looked a little big...but one i held it, it was actually quite cofortable to hold. i can reach everything perfectly. even my nieces don't really have a problem with them, and they're 11 and 9 years old, so they're hands are really small.

but anyway. yeah, i don't see a problem with controllers and i love halo both multiplayer and single. though i don't last more than five minutes on single...but that's why there's co-op. ;]

well the thing is if your buying a new XboX It only comes with the Controler S they no longer sell xboxes with the DUke so no worries there no need to by an s unless you need more controlers

Its hard going from a mouse and keyboard to a X-box controller. Im used to being able to aim so much easier using my mouse and keyboard. How i wish icould some way hack a mouse and keyboard to an xbox and make it think its a controller

Halo is the best XBOX game I do agree. I love blowing people up when they are in the ghost because they flip and I watch them fly. I wonder if in Halo 2 if you will be able to have some kind of car or something that goes much faster then the Warthog and allows you to shoot freely.

I love Halo in multiplayer mode, I never thought the campaigns were as fun, though I like the banshees. Heh. I'm so excited for Halo 2. When I first saw an Xbox, I thought the controllers were crazy, but I think they're pretty easy to use.
