Thought I'd get this section started. I can already remember a few of my favorite sega moments.
My first would be beating Sonic 1 2 and 3 all in on day without cheating which was one of my better achievements in gaming. Another was beating Toe Jam and Earl... That game was soooooooooooo good. Anyone have a copy and wanna sell it to me? I havent played that in a long time. And my 3rd was beating Soul Calibur on dreamcast's arcade mode on Very Hard so many times that I cant remember... I wish I hadnt gotten so rusty at SC2.

Woooo, I have a new home. If you couldn't tell from the name, I'm a fan of all things sega. One of my fav moments has to be getting an import Dreamcast when it first came out, it had a big picture on the side of the box with the old president of sega on it making a funny face.

Relax you? That game got pretty frustrating with all the aliens and sometimes trying to find air and running out of time. But maybe that was just me?

I think my fav genesis game though, has to be kid chameleon. 100's of levels and secrets, and also challenging. I think most of todays games aren't challenging enough.

The only reason the genesis games/SNES games were chalengeing was because they didint know how NOT to make it chalnegeing. I went back and played Thunder Force 4, OMG, its insanely hard

Sega's greatest moment was releasing Sonic+Knuckles.
Second place was to when they decided their last move was lowering the price of Dreamcast to 50 bucks, making it the best and cheapest system to buy. :D
MY moment though, is beating all of sonic 3+knuckles.
With the hyper emeralds.

Haha, yeah I remember getting owned by that game for entire weekends. Then putting in the very hard code and being amazed at how far they pushed it.

My favorite Sega moments are as follows.
The first one was on the Saturn. I had just purchased the X Men VS Street Fighter Import. I had been waiting months for the game to arrive and it finally did. I just got out of work on the last day of my cycle, and had two whole days to enjoy it.
My other Favorite Sega Moments were courtesy of Working Designs and the Sega CD. Playing Lunar for the first time was simply Amazing. That will always be ONE OF THE BEST RPG's of all time. Yes the Sega CD was written up as a failure but to me, the system that gave us Lunar, Lunar 2, Vay and Popful Mail, was amazing. Those games are still and always will be very dear to my heart.
Worse Sega moment? The 32X. I wasted my money on that system. The only game I bought was Cosmic Carnage and it sucked.

I would have to say my greatest Sega moment was when I was five and six. I had a Sega Master System. I thought it was the greatest thing ever. (For those of you that dont know, the Game Gear used the same format as SMS, just in a different cartridge style). My favorite game for it was Ninja.
Good times...

Sega san shiro.
If you don't know what this is, go do an internet lookup.
Best Sega commercials, ever.

The SMS was awesome, I remember playing the wrestling game for it! And Sega commercials have always owned! There are some great new commercials out of Japan however. One of my goals is to start a Japanese Commercial thread, I just need someplace to store the videos so I can link to them.
Thanks

I have many moments.. Some I may have posted already. But more just come to mind when I see more of people's post. I have very fond memories of Battletoads.. Oh I love it.. And especially.. Toe Jam and Earl. No one cannot compare. The greratest game you find money just laying on the ground. Like who does that? XD

My best sega moment is getting a Dreamcast for $20 two summers ago and beating EVERYTHING in sonic adventure in one day. Yes, every character including Super Sonic. I never had a genesis, but my fav moment from that was goin over my friends, playin the bonus level at the end of each Sonic 1 with the rotating world and having to get the gem in the middle. Those levels were amazingly cool to me.

Yay reviving semi-dead threads!
But....oh well :P. I would have to agree with Andy, and say that my favorite Sega moment would be to release of Lunar: Silver Star Story. That game was simply amazing, and with the exception of Shadow Hearts and Shadow Hearts: Covenant, I have never had the pleasure of experiencing a better RPG. And then came Lunar 2: Eternal Blue, and I died of sensory overload as a result of the massive orgasm that game gave me.
That is all :D

I only played the PSX versions... but Lunar 2 was incredible.
and Saturn always got the better version of many a game, too. Which sucks because i never had one and whatever they added in for games (i.e SoTN and Megaman 8) rocked.

Bringing home the Saturn on lanuch day, even having paid the off the charts $399.95 for it. Spending all weekend playing Worldwide Soccer, Panzer Dragoon, and Clockwork Knight. Still my favorite system of all time and the only system in my bedroom. I'm not too far off of owning the entire domestic Saturn library.
Oh, look at this: the Clockwork Knight world record. (http://www.twingalaxies.com/index.aspx?c=22&pi=31&gi=1051&vi=2984)
