[Event] DM Fundraiser

Hey folks, fist of all I want to say thank you for signing up for the forums and for all of your support over the last year.

I have good news, I spoke with an importer and he told me that we should be calling next week with a time frame as to when we can expect DM.

The bad news is that we have to pay a 50% deposit up front for the machine. So as a fundraiser idea I am lowering the "Everything" flat rate to $15 until the end of May. This is only available to the TGA forum members!! Just say your TGA forum member name and , "All hail the boss hat!" at the door when you pay. Everyone that attends more than once this month will be able to come back and play all day for free when DM comes in.

If you have any ideas for fundraisers please let me know.

We are still accepting bottles :gator:

we can use everything except DR pepper, Gatorade, Powerade, and bottled water. We only need 100,000 bottles!!! yay!!

i hear that bryan told you already, but we have a box half my size full of 2-liter bottles, and some that don't fit in the box anymore. i swear.

the only thing i can't figure out is how we're gonna carry all that down to tga when we have no car! ^_^;;

fundraiser idea: Have a lock-in and charge like 25-30 dollars for each person. You'll make tons of money. Plus make everyone bring one bottle at the door :p

i think we ran into this problem before. Like the lock in would be killer, yesh. But i think we can't sleep there, or something with noise, i dunno. Though i should have stayed there after D3, i might not have had that whole almost dying thing happen on the way home. :crybaby:

But yea Andy, like Jen said up above, we have at least close to 50 bottles in that huge box of ours, so if somebody reminds us, we will donate them to you next time we get the chance to.

I like Amanda's idea for the lock in. Maybe incorporating that Anime screening idea into it wouldn't be bad since the machines have to go off by a certain time and we'll have a lot of time to cover a lot of anime. ^_^
