Super Robot Wars 4 although that's more stratagey than RPG.

and yes, its in japanese. no, there's no translation. no, i can hardly understand it either.

Although Seiken Densetsu 3/ Secret of mana 2 gets my vote. Along with Bahamut Lagoon.

My favorite is also Super Mario RPG. It's always fun to play Bowser and throw Mario around. :D

The Final Fantasies will always hold a special place in my heart, followed by pretty much any 16-bit RPG made by Square. I had fun with titles such as Secret of Mana, Legend of Gaia, Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger and games that fit in those catagories. Followed by that would be the entire Mega Man X series, I could never get enough of that.

Megaman?! Since when the hell is megaman an RPG? WTS-AF?

And to anyone who says something like, "BUT YOU PLAY A ROLE! IT MUST BE AN RPG!" Go set yourself on fire. :gator: Anywho, in keeping with 16-bit RPG's, I would have to go with "Shining Force II", a tactical RPG, but an RPG nonetheless.

Super Mario RPG was the SHIZ... god it's been too long. I remember playing that when I was like 8 >_> Such good stuff.
