This is just athread to consult people who know best, Would it be possible to make an emulator and a periphreal for the emulator, It would prolly be a hard project, But Ive always wanted to try to make some of my own hand movement charts for other bemani songs onto DMX. Just an Idea to generate talk and maybe start something ^_^

I'd think it COULD be possible. I mean maybe using the para para sensors somehow maybe.

i'm pretty sure they did it for SM. And they used the dreamcast para sensors. I could be wrong though

Its very easily doable.
Step 1:
Start with DWI or SM:
On the numpad:
1, 3, 7, 9 = the four sensors
2, 8, 4, 6 = the four doubles
A = 1, 7, 9
B = 3, 7, 9
Step 2: Skin it.
Step 3: (Optional) Build a custom input device out of Radio Shack parts and a PSX controller.
I'm actually kinda surprised that it hasn't been done yet. Once when I was on the verge of doing it I think I found exactly the right IR sensors for the job and they were only $10 a piece. It was something like a Radio Shack brand do-it-youself motion alarm kit. My controller would've needed batteries but I think it would have worked.
