Since you guys sell import games, is there any chance that you sell import tools such as Swap Magic (particularly VERSION 3.2, since my Ps2 is v9)? Or if you don't can you suggest a website that does? I've ordered Swap Magic 3.2 from two different sites and they both sent me 3.0

I would just keep looking for searches on Yahoo or something, Or just get it done the old fashion way. I dont think were really aloud to talk about piracy neways, So I dont think theyre really aloud to sell stuff like Swap Magic

Swap Magic isn't for piracy! Its how alot of people boot their imported games on an unmodded system. And I think its definitely more legit and more easily reverseable than souldering a mod chip onto your system.

I don't think Andy wants us link to swap disk vendors here but if you search for a website with "PS2" and "ownz" in the domain they'll definitely be able to answer your technical questions. As for the Swap Magic disks themselves I know that the SM 3.0 was invented to solve the 'problem' of Sony defeating the old SM 2.0 with their new v9 revision. If you do have a newly manufactured PS2 (in the last year or so) I'd actually recommend selling it and buying a used one. ;) Sony can't fix whats already out of their hands and my SM 2.0 can boot everything* on my older version PS2.

*everything = the entire PS2 IIDX series and DDR: Extreme (5 of which I bought from Andy)

w00t! I successfully removed the front cover and did some slide/swap magic and was able to play my Japanese import of DDR MAX2 ON A VERSION 9 PS2! A bit more work that I remember with older Ps2's, but works nonetheless. :gator: Although, the Japanese text the first time you load had me confused... *hopes he didn't accidently launch nuclear missiles against Norway...* :mouse:

Yah the Swap Magic/Slidecard works great! I got it for my PS2 so that I could play DDR Extreme (JP Import.) Its really easy to work and it is much better then having to take apart your ps2 and mess with wire's. You could buy them online at Mod-Chip.com for like 37 dollars including shipping. Also the more you buy the cheaper it is.
