Just something to put out on the table for future reference, if anyone would like to come and hang with the ParaParaPirates (Sherrie and I as of right now) it'd be really really swell. :)

We can teach each other paras that we know and... that sounds dorky.

Alright I've made a slight list of paras I think would make a good, well stocked promotional video.

Here's the list I came up with... :

* Danger – Franz Tornado - I have the video for this, along with the mp3.
* Starfire – Steamrock & Giora - I have the video, but no mp3 :/
* Ganguro – Franz Tornado - YAAAAAY have the video and mp3.
* Go Say Goal – Morris & Cherry - I've got the Video, but no mp3.
* Fun Fun Pharaoh – King & Queen - The dance to this is my original choreography, lol. mp3 is also all set, as well.
* Watch Me Dancing – Dave Rodgers - I've got the video & the mp3.
* That’s Alright – Dr. Money Video is set, mp3 is not.
* Never Let You Go - Karen - Video all set, no mp3.
* I Want Your Balalaika – Mad Cow And The Royal Eurobeat Orchestra Of Bazookistan feat. The Supertroyka Girls - I don't even know if there is a para to this, but I love the song so I put it up here anyways xD

We're not ALL dancing to every song.. you really can't fit a group of people over 3 in a non-moving video. We can all pair up, triple up, swap partners etc for the thing so we won't have to learn every freaking para on there. xD

I seems like a lot of us [myself included!] are pretty newish to the whole "para" scene. Like some have been saying, we can't expect this vid. to happen overnight, you know? It could very well take a while. But I think a good idea is if we're all together one day, look over the videos and such so we could see where we stand? Like, some of the vids I see are pretty darn hard [for me, at least.] so perhaps we could place people by.. "ability?" I'm always willing to learn new things, but you know, for the time being.. there's only so much people can do. Right? Right! ^_^

Which paras would you guys wanna do? Besides Sherrie and possibly Chris (and possibly Jerrica now), you guys would probably wanna pick paras from the game. I came up with the idea that we could all do the dances that I had picked out and crap, but then we could each have a solo stage, where we individually danced to one song from the arcade game. But that was just an idea I had.

Ok here's another thing I think you guys may wanna look into. Get an account on the forums at paraparastage.com . That gives you access to the media forums where you can download videos that fans have filmed and sort of expand your para horizons. xD

Also, if you have a fast connection, I suggets sownloading the Feverpara video.. they kind of did what I was looking to do. A bit.

My thoughts are we should get at least some paras done while the weather's still nice. Water Place Park looks gorgeous this time of year as does Narragansett and Newport 1st beach. I'm sure if we could fine a good inside location to do some routines, that would also be great but very hard to come by. I really like the idea of traveling around NE or just RI anyway to do this as we are paraing pirates! XD I get to be the astrosexy navigator BTW XDDDD (go read up on One Piece and M-flo to figure out what the hell I'm talking about)

Speaking of One Piece, there was a para special done I mentioned to Brian (Jango's dance party) that had a para for Believe which is like one of the best Eurobeat songs ever made. I would love that to be my solo once I learn it. I could probably dress like Nami in that case. Otherwise, I would like Ike Ike to be my solo para so I can wear my awesome Ko-gal socks and plaid skirt. XD

Lastly, my digi camera is alright for taking short videos, but not great. If someone could supply a digi recorder that can take videos longer than 3 minutes, that would be great. XD

wow, i was under the impression that you guys were way ahead on the planning stage on this. ^^; my brother is visiting me from california sometime in august, and i was already thinking of asking him to bring his camera (he got a really nice hi-8 cam for his birthday, he's into filmmaking and is a brilliant editor)....buuut i dunno if that would be possible, or if it would be a good idea to take him around para-ing for his visit...or if the dates would coincide or whatever. but anyway, that was just a thought! ^_^;

oh yeah! question! are we gonna try to match the way we dress for the 3-people routines? i have an outfit that resembles one of the outfits used in some videos in the game...just wondering.

^_^;; it's not like i work all week long, but my scheduels are unpredictable each week since i'm the "flexible one" at work. sooooo it might be hard for me to show up one day of every week at a certain time. but lately i've been getting my scheduel's enough time in advance to be able to plan something.

A small update:
I got the mp3 for 1234 Fire, so that ones all set. We still need Go Say Goal and Starfire.

And about schedules... my schedule for the next two weeks is pretty much filled. My fucking work forgets that this is my SUMMER VACATION and i have like... 3 days off in the next 2 weeks. At one point I work 8 days in a row. I am very pissed about this and am trying to find a new job currently. :(
