TGA SF4 Videos Exclusively on TGA Forums

I have an announcement to make.

The ONLY place I will be posting TGA Street Fighter 4 videos on a Fighting Game forums, is right here on the TGA site.

Sure there are other websites that would love to have these first, but why give them the privilege? TGA deserves this more than anywhere else.

Awesome video's, what day did you film those on? My friends and I were at TGA for the Saturday release party and got a bunch of video's as well. Here are some links to the high quality versions of the video (if you have a slow computer you can click on the box "select format" box and load up the flash versions of the video's. If you give the webpage some time to completely load (watch the loading bar in the browser) the high quality video's will play smooth.

This last video is a montage of a Zangief vs. Zangief fight heavily cut to "fit" a song from one of the Cho Aniki games. If you don't know what Cho Aniki is, it is a shmup featuring to muscle men that you can get as options or in the later games actually be. The last pic in the video is from one of the Cho Aniki games to give you an idea of what the subject matter is like in the games.

Everyone with a camera should be getting pics and vids (legal ones that don't go against Konami's Bemani copyright rules) and posting them to help get the word out about TGA.

I filmed them on Sunday. I saw you recording there all day Saturday, and I was standing right next to the cabinets when you got the Andy and Chie interview footage. You got lots of footage that day, and I hope that it helps promote TGA even more! I've been trying to get my Youtube vids in as many places as possible over the past week or so. You probably didn't get much footage of me, I was on the cabinets for most of Saturday, usually on my way to a 10 winstreak along with maybe 5 others who were doing the same. That's how Team Hate rolls!

WOW nevermind. I'm the Vega that destroys Guile in your Guile montage. LOL why did you choose to put up that video? Guile does horribly against me!

Ha ha, I know. I was busy concentrating on collecting random fight footage for the "Release Party Video" that I completely forgot about getting some straight up full footage of fights by characters. I did get some of Guile kicking ass though. Also I had to include the Vega footage simply because you pulled off some sick moves in the fight (as the video shows).

If you are using a decent video camera you should heck out bliptv. They don't have as many viewers as youtube, but they do allow for longer and better quality viewing. at Press Start, we upload our stuff on bliptv or revver, then the following week we upload it to youtube. This gets both a good quality video out for the few people and the nthe general youtube quality video out for the masses.

I know about both bliptv and revver but have yet to try either. The quality of the videos my camera takes (yes I said Camera, not camcorder, I love my Sony as it takes awesome quality video) is much better than what you're seeing on Youtube. I may try that out next time, thanks for the suggestion.

By the way, so far by making posts about the SF4 vids on my Youtube account, the hits on the videos have DOUBLED in 3 days. I pretty much posted to every damn major gaming site there is besides Gamespot, which for some reason said I had bad language in the Subject line. Who knew that "TGA SF4 - Gief (Tony B) v Dictator (NerdJosh)" was so naughty?

Awesome about the increase in hits. Bliptv is the best as far as quality and file size/length issues are concerned. They are also great when copyright issues are concerned as well. Revver is the worst. Many times they have told us we do not own the video's that we made and are even in!!!

Revver is ridiculous. After almost an hour of waiting to see what my movie would look like, the site states "we received an email telling us that your video violates the terms of service." What the fuck?!?!?

the bliptv version worked fine, but I noticed some major framerate issues. Still, the resolution is much better than youtube.

with bliptv, if it is a large file, or you are watching it in the original format rather then the converted flash format, you have to wait a bit for the site to load up. Watch the loading bar or whatever your browser has. Also, it can take a little while for the flash conversion, which means the original file format will be the only available to watch until it is converted.
