I'm a IIDX Newbie, I still can't pass 5.1.1 Another, and thats only a 1 star!!!

You need to keep chopping it.

That really is the number one thing to note here -- everything else is superficial. Also know that you will be constantly hacking away at stuff for as long as you want (or until you can AAA Colors [A]... or Gambol).

I mainly play doubles now, and I am not good at it either -- I get owned up by Gobble, and that is only five stars.

I'm just starting on Light 7, Maybe ganna move up to regular 7 next time I go to TGA, I've only played twice but loved it both times ^_^. I deffinatly need the home version soon or I may go crazy 0_o

i've been playing for a 2 years or so, but i still play like i started a month ago. ^^; still, gimme a good ol' non-iidx 5-key game, and i'm happy.

I've played it only once and I suck at that game on top of that the first song that I played was holic wich was a huge mistake for a beginner :p

So I'm playing my first time, and I first play 5.1.1, teh newbie song. I barely survive, but i pull through.

I then see one of my favorite songs ever, Burning Heat, on there.

Though i'm on light7, it proceeds to promptly rape me.

But DAMMIT, I LOVE THAT VERSION OF THE SONG!

Heh when your new its all about playing with someone else without battle mode, Then you ease your way into tougher songs, Im personally working on the left side of Kakumei Light 7 no battle, Which has around 200 beats more than the right side

I guess I really can't refer to myself as a newbie. :]

But I am one of the few players who plays well at the right side, so you can say I'm a left side newbie. My timing is a little off, but if it wasn't, I'd be better at a lot more Bemani games. But I can still pass up to 6 stars on 7K and I can do just as well with 6 stars on L7.

I don't really like IIDX. It's sort of like DDR, but takes out my favorite aspect of DDR, the physical movement.

I started playing IIDX about a month ago and I am on 7 Key. I can make it up to 6 stars, but I can't beat any 7 stars.... yet.... I can also pass some anothers, but easy anothers....
