These are the tiers i put together from my observations in Japan and the multiple players i asked about rankings. If you get upset over these go shot yourselves as they are my own opinion.

SF4 tiers. Yes, There are CURRENT rankings, just not really discussed. Expect official ones probably after the first nationals.

B rank is really debatable except for Sim/Honda imo. For the best... consider these not in order.
