I think we should have an interactive website calendar, where Andy could label events and members can put up days when they are going to be there or think they'll be going.

This way we could plan ahead to meet up with friends or have an emptier arcade day if they so choose, and it would encourage people to plan meetups. I can't say everyone would use it but I think its a good concept none the less..

Sounds good! But who will implement it? Would it work like the map (http://www.tokyogameaction.com/tgamap.php) where people can pick a date (instead of a zip code), stick in a pin, and leave a message?

It'll also help Andy guess how busy certain days will be. I'd say to just use the forum except that it isn't nearly as organized. Forums are organized for discussion, not dates. Even if there was a calendar forum with a new thread for each week...nah that's just silly. It has to be a front page widget like the map.

Well Honestly yea it sounds like it could be an easy enough thing to program like the map... I figured it could go by our login names for the forum or if that doesn't work just put your name... as long as nobody is stupid enough to spam it, which I'm sure could easily be filtered...

And I was actually thinking instead of a list or a log.. it would look much better graphic sort of, Like show a calendar and on each day show people who have signified they were going, have a star next to their name if its a maybe, and then when you click the date you can read a post from the person under that date kinda like a memo list.
