Ok i need help with buying something

Ok, My pc monitor is fried, and im sitting here with my pc hooked up to my tv, Quite fun acttualy , So what i need help is buying a GOOD but not to expensive flat panel widescreen LCD monitor. Price around 250-300... So this gives me a reason to get a new monitor finaly and get rid of a CRT thing. lol. SO any help will be most helpful. Thank you
