Project Inertia, the fastest team in the US Central region, has recently discovered a beta version 4 machine in Chicago, Illinois. The characters still speak in Japanese, but the menues and dialouge have all been subtitlted and translated into English. So far there are no cards to save the data on. I'm going to assume its at their GameWorks, so if you live near a GameWorks, you might wanna check it out.
In addition to that, the beta English version also contains three new cars, not featured in the Japanese version: The Mazda RX-8[SE3P], the Toyota Altezza(Lexus IS300 in the US)[SXE10], and the Mazda Miata(newest generation)[NB8C].
It was just discovered late yesterday, more details coming soon!
