Who's getting it? Who plans on playing with their Wii all day that sunday? Who's gonna invite friends over, so everybody can enjoy their Wii?

I didn't get a reserve so I'm chilling at a 24-hour Walmart with my brother so we can pick one up. I'm so excited that I shake in anticipation every time I think about it.

I get one (actually two but someone else is grabbing it for me) free (second shipment though) paid by two cons I work for... but yea, only time i dont have it is the con which ill be there anyways lol...

Just came back from trying out the Wii at the Warwick Mall EB. Come check it out guys.

Edit: Just remember that if you want to play you need to have your license on you. The controllers are kept behind the counter and you have to give your license to the EB employee in order to play. (Basically due to the fact that we really can't tie it down in any way.)

Now since the Wii comes out in just 2 more days, as soon as I get it I will bring it to TGA on Sunday for everyone to play. If anyone else has extra games or Wiimotes, please bring them and we will have a giant Wii release party!! I can't wait for this sunday :D See you there!

FYI, if you missed the pre-order on this first bunch, nintendo says they'll definitely be getting more consoles out before Christmas. So check with your local EB/Gamestop in a few weeks. You might get a chance to pre-order one of the second shipment.

So I just played my Wii for like 2 hours. AND ITS FANTASTIC. Did anybody else get theirs? And did you connect it to teh intarweb? I'll share my friendcode, so we can share Mii's and send e-mail :)

Mine's all hooked up! I got home from the release at about 1:30 and then played until 6AM. I woke up again at 11 and played til 4! It's amazing. I love it to death. Trauma Center is particularly addicting.
