Where Could I Get a Candy Cab?

I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase a candy cab in the northeast (i don't wanna pay for shipping), strictly for home use. I would like a Astro City but ANY model would do at this point. I figure Andy gets them from Japan but if anyone does know where I could buy one or has one for sale please email me thx. :D
