So I got myself a blue DS Lite for my birthday. Who cares if the system settings are in Japanese, it's pretty dammit.
What are some good games? I know FF3 is coming out in Septemeber, which is pretty much why I got the thing. I have New Super Mario Bros., which is awesome as well.
As I've been so fondly characterized, I seem to like "smash-x platformers with RPG elements." Zelda, Phantasy Star (GC), FF Dawn of Souls, Kingdom Hearts, that sort of thing. Can anyone recommend me something of those genres that I might like for DS?

It's for our 3rd month anniversary! XD Oh man ELECTROPLANKTON is awesome. But wikkkked hard to find. I like Nanostray too. Wario Ware Touched and Wario Ware Twisted are amazing.

Oh man ELECTROPLANKTON is awesome. But wikkkked hard to find I actually found a copy at Warwick Mall yesterday...AND YES IT DOES ROCK. The only game I can add that hasn't already been added is Kirby's Canvas Curse. I love kirby games. AND IF YOU'RE INTO THOSE MUSIC GAME THINGIES, you can go import a copy of Daigasso! Band Brothers!, which is your typical "hit the buttons in time to the music" thing, just really hard. The best feature of that game is when you get the mode which lets you make your own songs =D

And losing to me at MarioKart. :D
Sweet, sounds like my $200 was well spent. I hate expensive systems with crappy gamesCOUGHOMGPSPCOUGH. I'm getting a PassMe catridge to go with my FlashCart, so I'll just dump the games you guys mentioned. Has anyone played or seen that game for learning Kanji? I forget the name of it, but it looks like a neat way to learn. I think I'm going to look for that one too.
