On Tuesday I tried to order this game from PA but my PP account was 8 dollars short. (And I sent Bemanistyle $10. Doh!) The money still hasn't arrived and pre-orders have since closed. :( If TGA is going to have copies of this game available unreserved on shelf, then I want one. I should've pre-ordered this game months ago but since I've always bought my new CS games at TGA I've never thought about it. But this time I also forgot to ask Andy to buy it for me. Obviously I haven't been to TGA in awhile, otherwise I would've remembered. ;)

If you can scrape up 8 more dollars, ncsx is still taking preorders for the game. To be safe though, I would e-mail them and ask if you ordered tonight if you would still get a copy on release. They almost always get more than they pre-order, so you should be ok.

ncsx is really really good about responding to e-mail and accepting special requests, and the game would be shipping from NY so you should still be able to get it this week.

Playing 2 Dan courses gives you a firey progress bar. More will be posted here if anyother things get unlocked.

Unlocks so far:

Beating about 4 Dan courses gives you the "DistorteD" like theme.

Failing a song gives you the green dudes head as a progress bar

Playing all the RED songs gives you the dog face for the turntable

That's all i've got so far. More playing in the morning

Also the Slake course Gambol has Another, guess how the timing is? ;) That's right all flashing or bad's.

Gambol [A] completes my life. It's nice to know that Konami knows what their fans want (besides Mankura... egad). That is just simply insane; the only thing I hope is that there is some way to unlock it for play in free mode. Good lord.

Play about 5 or more Dan courses and get:

Red firey sprite when you hit the keys, monkey character, The Space Fight dog, and the space lady from Y31.

Steve, you couldnt've gotten all them within the time you've had it, I've had it longer than you and played more than you and i still havn't unlocked anything in awhile :p

:) believe it or not within 2-3 hours ive passed up to 9-Dan and did like 4 expert courses

and i dunno i just got a majority of the unlocks (not the gallery stuff and the different interface skins) but everything else ive got almost all of

Well, I got it today and it's glorious. Don't really care about any of the unlocks except for the other themes. I'll be playing it all day tomorrow since I have no class. Does anyone know the requirements for the omes? Is it just pass genocide [a] hard mode with an A or better? I'll try it tomorrow when I play more and see if it works. Can't wait to put my score data up against steve this summer. Gonna be some good competition.

And yeah, I didn't realize there was such talk of my butt on the internet. Cool! (Yeah, I'm Kevin)

on another note

Erasermotor Phantom unlockable (if you havnt heard about it) - play 3 songs (another) in arcade mode random..... ES should highlight Erasermotor Maximum another (known to not have an another til now) and whether or not you do or dont pass wont matter but you will unlock it either way

my take on Erasermotor Phantom: wow.... hahahahahah

gambol [a] unlockable - (if you havent heard already but its probably old news) Slake course another finish it (by the way its pretty hard if you dont have amazing timing.... a bunch of my friends had died at gambol another at the end because of the strict timing)

and im not quite sure if everything else unlockable depends on DJ points or not... as of right now i have like 1200 DJ points ish

Overall the only thing I was hoping for was distorted previews, but the mix itself and all the features are really sweet. The interface gui's are so annoying to unlock, it takes forever.

The new hard clear lamps are also really cool. As seen below.

Yeah I'm so glad I got the RED AC poster instead of the uber mankura poster that comes with the LE...

also for unlocks, basically play Dan courses and Expert courses. I've unlocked pretty much everything except the interface skins there's about 4 missing from me. Most of the other stuff is just random crap to unlock like Erasormotor [a] which is really hard for some reason. The OMES result screen is also unlocked in the same manner as the other styles and the last 20 gallery photos are all unlockable by clearing all the expert courses in any order.

Steve, the 97% perfects was on captivate, not dd7. Ugh, that game still haunts me. I'm thrilled to have done so well, but damn, I'm gonna end up waiting for V3 to play over there. Oh well...I'll get back into drummania hardcore when tga reopens. Maybe I'll get it soon!
