beatmania IIDX DistorteD buttons

Last week while I was at TGA working on machines I decided that it would be really cool to have a nice set of yellow button lights and yellow turn table lights to match thee black and yellow theme of beatmania IIDX DistorteD. Well, I was able to get my hands on the yellow buttons LEDs rather easily, so bellow I present the new yellow button lights for beatmania IIDX DistorteD!

Yellow turn table ,lights should be installed by next week. Also, for anyone concerned. I also fixed the entire turn table / button fixture so it doesn't wabble any more when you lean on it.

Bastards trading my beloved cube for something ridiculous like scorpion fire... THAT WAS THE EVILEST TRICK OF ALL... i was a noob and it was my first day on IIDX, they all said, oh... another was the easiest difficulty... and i loved the cube... it was evil... im talkng ab shota evil!

btw why was the console originally wobbly... it was random as all hell...

Negative. I always had this creeping thought every time I would play something like R5 [A] or Rottel-da-Mercury [A] that the whole freakin unit would come off while I am banging on keys. Yay to this being fixed, for reals. :bear:

YES!! The wobble is fixed!! I was actually going to ask about that on the next move in day. Now you need to make the LED display read "DO NOT LEAN" while no one is playing. ;)

Color cordinating the LEDs for an upgrade kit shows sick style. I like it. :)

You can play the remixes of tripping contact and Wish by playing their hypers or anothers as your last stage and earning the not-cardinal gate extra stage. I think.

Not only is DD installed with the new yellow lights, but there are 14 new microswitches in the buttons as well. :) And they're new Omron switches too, the kind that should've been in there in the first place according to Andy. (I didn't know that there was both an official brand of button and an official brand of switch for that button.) I'll admit the brand of microswitch hardly matters, but Andy is a perfectionist! And actually there was a time was the left side was done but the right side wasn't and I put my left hand on the left side and my right hand on the right side and I started doing scales. I liked the left side better but not for any particular reason. The keys do technically stick up a little more and go down a little easier but if you haven't touched the game in two months then you probably won't notice. It's just good to know that the switches were replaced *before* they wore out. (Yay preventative maintenance!)
