I'm looking to buy a PS2 arcade stick peripheral that is as close to the arcade machines at TGA as possible. Does anyone know a site where I can order one? Thanks.

Last I heard, Clay had a couple modified sticks. Check with him, as they might still be for sale.

If you're looking for a professionally done arcade stick (like from big companies) your best bet is to go with a Hori Real Arcade Pro 1 or 2. They both have Sanwa JLF sticks (which I believe are what Andy puts in his machines). You would need to replace the buttons with Sanwa buttons though as they are not standard. They are easy though. The HRAPs are fairly hard to come by and go for around $100. Check Play-Asia.com or Lik-sang.com You should have asked Andy if he could get you one while in Japan but I believe he said the last day for "orders" was the 18th.

If you're looking for an actual custom stick made by someone for you, there are a bunch of people at shoryuken.com forums (check the buy/sell/trade forum) that make/sell sticks. They will in general cost you around $150 or more for a whole stick with complete Sanwa parts. I would recommend finkle because he makes metal cases which are amazing. I have two at the moment. He charges $165 for a stick.

I personally started making sticks not too long ago. I'm making one for Gavin right now. Mine are made of either MDF or wood with metal mounting plates for the buttons and for the bottom.

Note that the alum on my page called "finkle sticks" are the sticks I got from him where I put in my own parts and did my own wiring. The outer shell is finkle's work.

I would post links to both his album and mine so you can see examples but I'm on a stupid Mac and I don't know how to copy and paste text...I'll post again when I'm on a REAL computer
