Hey, just wanted to get people's opinions on this one. I have GG XX #reloaded for the XBox and was wondering if anyone knew how close it was to the GG XX Slash that's at TGA. I mean, if I am practicing on #reloaded, am I going to get to the machine at TGA and be completely confused? Thanks for any help.

Nah, it'll just take some adjustment to get used to the controls. I used to play on Guilty Gear: Isuka for the PS before I played GG at TGA.

Hey Gus Gus, mad props on joining the fighting game world, especailly GGXX. It's a pretty difficult game in my opinion, but with time and lots of practice, you'll do fine. Again keep practicing #r (preferably with a japanese stick) and get use to the gameplay.

GGXXS compared to GGXX#r is a little bit different, you'll see along the way that some characters have lost moves/given new moves. Some properties have changed also (i.e. Eddie while floating in the air can get a CH(counter hit) for free in GGXXS, but in #r he will only get hit and have no CH involved, unless he did a move. Another change would be the infamous Sol Badguy dustloop combo, that also has been takin out of GGXXS, but do not fret becuz he has another even better combo in the new game.)

-Here are some sites that'll help you with your training:
www.dustloop.com and www.romancancel.com

Those are the biggest GGXX sites, and they're packed with information. Register to check the "character specific" threads and choose your solid character(s). If you have any more questions, send me a pm or post up more. :gator:

Thanks a ton. I've just learned more in about a half an hour than in the past month. I really didn't know that the rabbit hole went that deep.
