Its time to fight for China again....
I just got the game its pretty cool from wat i have seen except for the part where u need the origonal game to use the upload feature

I have DW 3 or 4, and I found the game to be extremely repetitive and pretty boring. Sure, it was awesome at first to see the different characters run around and swing their weapons with explosions and hundreds of enemies dying. Unfortunately, the game turned into a repetative square, square, triangle smacker.

Is this game an improvement over the last? Or is it the same as the series has always been (according to reviews)?

yea its pretty much the same thing over and over but they added better story lines new warriors and more staragies

Yeah, all of the Dynasty Warriors offer the same thing. But it's still fun to smack someone around.

The only reason I liked DW5 was Cao Pi. Yes. There is a character named CAO PI.
