JAPAN SPECIAL ORDERS, CHRISTMAS EDITION!
Yes it's true folks, Andy is once again returning to hustle and bustle that is Kamioooka, Yokohama, Akihabara, and Tokyo during December. You know the drill.. I go to Japan.. I get you stuff. Anything you want (with the obvious exceptions of weapons narcotics, and adult material) All you have to do is request it and I will do my best to find it. . The order deadline is December 6th.
HOW TO REQUEST AN ITEM
Requesting an item is simple, just post the item you would like, and I will contact you via a pm, to discuss the details.
The more information you give me, including but not limited to, The exact title in Japanese script AND Romanji (if you know it), photos, links, ISBN number, manufacturer and model number, the easier this stuff is to find. Also, specify if you are willing to accept used goods. Sometimes used items are much cheaper, sometimes they are $2 cheaper, it all depends on the item. But my goal is to keep your costs down.
Generally, I only charge $5 over cost and I will find the absolute lowest price for you. Yes, I have been known to go to 30 different CD stores to get, you my wonderful TGA family, the lowest possible price. You can ask any of the TGA customers I have done special orders for during my last 7 trips if you need references as to the quality of the services I offer.
It is my pleasure to do this for you and I look forward to serving this wonderful community.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE
Q What if I don't live anywhere near TGA, or what if I live in a plastic bubble?
A: 1) I will be happy to ship items to you, no matter where you live. This goes for regular stock items as well. Please contact me for details.
2) If you live in a plastic bubble, I advise you avoid playing Bubble Bobble.
If you have given me a request in person, prior to this thread being created, please post it again, as I will be viewing this thread while I'm in Japan, to keep track of items and streamline the process.
Thanks everyone!

Andy! You're standing in front of me, but since I'm on the computer, I will require Tsukiko Amano's "A Moon Child in the Sky" album, a dragon quest slime plush *blue* since green will be coming out for Brandon, and a pair of hakama (split in the middle, like pants, black) I'm still not sure about the different styles, so give me some time to look that stuff up. Also, I'm going to need that keychain we talked about. :)

I can get official Japanese PS2's, but not modded ones. Japanese PS2's can only play Japanese games. If you are interested in one, please let me know asap. Sony is releasing a new limited edition metallic slim PS2 in December.
Thanks

DVDs have regional locks. Japan is region 2, US is region 1. So in short, no. Although some American DVD players are moddable/hackable.

the only thing i really want right now might be the beatmania IIDX Red or Happy Sky soundtrack. i love IIDX music :D. and since i just started convincing some friends to do that thing where we put up at least 100 bucks to rent out TGA on one of the closed days (is that how it works? i forget. i remember my friends did it before), i might have to come pick it up. :D
also, how much for an official IIDX controller? i'm getting impatient with the delay by konami to release beatmania USA.

See if you can grab a copy of " Rakuhiki Jiten" for the Nintendo DS. It's a Hiragana/Katana to English Dictonary =D
Also, If you can grab me a copy of Weekly Jump, or the monthly Shonen Gangen, that would also be stellar.
Aaaaaaand a Dragon Quest Christmas Slime, if they have any. Cus I've been good to TGA this year =D

For Sakoto:
There are a few different ParaPara series, but I'm only interested in the series featuring the ParaPara Allstars. I have most of the videos, but I'm missing some of the rare ones.
I currently have:
-ParaPara Stadium
-ParaPara Paradise
-ParaPara Paradise 2 *
-ParaPara Paradise 3 *
-ParaPara Paradise 4 *
-ParaPara Paradise 5 *
-ParaPara Paradise 6 *
-ParaPara Gotcha *
-ParaPara Paradise presents J-Euro
-ParaPara Paradise 7
*I have these items on CD-R, but not the official VCD's. If you can find the VCD's (I'm not sure if my DVD player will play the DVDs--I found my way into the programming menu to make it all region, but I'm still skeptical), that would be pretty awesome.
I'm looking for:
-ParaPara Kyouten Stage I and II
-KONAMI ParaPara Paradise Dance Video
-ParaPara Paradise Special Edition
-Konami Promotional ParaPara Paradise 2nd Mix (#1 and #2)
-ParaPara Stadium presents Ale Japan
-ParaPara Paradise Best Selection
-ParaPara Paradise Best presents Super Euro Movie
-Gazen ParaPara presents Campus Summit
-Zen Nihon Parapara Kyokai Konin Gazen ParaPara!! Paradise
The first six in that list are going to be hard to find, but the Gazen ParaPara videos are new and probably popular.
There are other series like ParaPara Panic, ParaPara Max, and 9loveJ ParaPara Mix, but the ParaPara Allstars aren't in those videos. You'll probably see a lot of those videos, but don't worry about them.
I'd still love to get my hands on t-shirts, key chains, or anything else featuring the ParaPara Allstars. There's a picture of a cardboard standup of Satoko here and here that I would sell my soul for. :P
These things are pretty hard to find, though, so definitely don't go crazy looking for them. Just if you happen to see them in your travels.
Thank you muchly! ^_^

Any chance you might be able to find me a Dance Dance Revolution pocket handheld game? It came out at least a few years ago and, from what I've been able to find out, it didn't sell all that well. It's grey and pinkish and has two blue and two red/pink buttons on it for arrows. Anyway, I've got some information on it here...

Andy, I sent you a PM a bit over a week ago, there was a few questions I needed to ask you. Could you please look at it and respond?
If you can find these things, I will really be grateful. The things I request are not on any import stores or on eBay, but I'm hoping they are not as rare in Japan.

I know I mentioned the DDR handheld already, but if you happen to see a Guitar Freaks, Beatmania, or Pop'N Music handheld exist then that'd be awesome too. Preferably the DDR version, but if not then those are still cool. I should have posted this with my last - sorry.
Thanks!
*thinks this over* Wow, I'm from Mansfield MA and just happened to stumble upon this site. What luck ^_^

You are in luck. We have the following handhelds in stock at TGA: Guitar Freaks 1 and 2, Beatmania Summer mix and Para Para Paradise. Please PM me for more details on how to reserve and purchase them.
The true magic is TGA itself. Hopefully we will see you soon as if you like Bemani, then you will surely enjoy America's best Bemani arcade.
