What's up guys.. Andrew if you're on here you may remeber me. I'm the kid from Krank It Up where you got your system done. Well, I have a few questions. My cousin and I have gotten into DDR. We've found a particular song on the DDR Extreme Disk JP version. A few questions...Do you stock this? Will it work in a regular PS2? What will we need to make it work? I appreciate it.

To use DDR Extreme JP you will need either a Japanese PS2, a Modded American PS2, or a Swap Disk/Slide Card or similar setup.

It will not run in a regular American PS2. I'm sure someone else will post soon with more info, I am not proficient in explaining how console mods work and such.

The last time I was at TGA, I saw a copy of DDR Extreme Japanese version on the shelf with other Japanese DDR games. As for PS2 wise, you will need a Japanese PS2 to play any import games. Hope I was able to help and welcome to the forums!

Josh!!!

Wow! Thanks for coming to the forums. I love the stereo and so does Sal (my friend who I had the stereo installed for his birthday). As for your questions, the above responses are correct, you will need a Japanese and or modded PS2. The Japanese Extreme is getting harder and harder to find, I am in Japan right now and I haven't seen any, nor have I seen any during my past 2 trips. I think we might have one left in stock.

Please come down and visit sometime, I know it's a little far, but for $20 you can play as much DDR (and every other Konami music game) for 12 hours, as much as you want.

Please keep and touch and I hope to see you soon. Also if you have any other questions pm and or call me.

Thanks!

Andy
