it wasn't "harmless" at all in any sense of the word. what would she have done if she wasn't caught? what about all the people who were used? it's like saying, "she was raped but she wasn't hurt, so she's fine." it's not okay. being manipulative and selfish and inconsiderate is not harmless.

if anything, what's harmless is people making comments about how they feel. she's the one that chose to do it, she should be able to deal with the consequences. 15 pages of comments never manipulated people the way she did.

my point isnt that its "harmless" my point is that, if you gave money, you got it back.
if you didnt donate any money, you have no right to complain. it doesnt affect you, so people need to stop crying about it like it does. who really cares what would have happened if she hadnt gotten caught, a bunch of people would have been out a couple bucks, boo hoo, like bigger scams dont happen EVERY day.

I'm afraid I have to agree. All she did was manipulate many, many people, and did cause them to give off their hard earned money. Not only this, but from what I have read of those '15 pages of comments', she cause irreversible damage to one of her most loved friends, which is something one should never do, under any circumstances.

There are also those who were emotionally severely hurt by her actions. As stated, there are those who were financially hurt. I don't care if I'm helping to 'beat a dead horse into a fine paste', what she did truly was immoral and wrong, and has no excuse. At all.

I'm requesting that this thread be locked / deleted, along with any posts made. There is no longer any point to it being open.

i feel strongly about this issue and similar ones, so i said something. he has every right to his opinion, but so do i and i cared enough to say something since fraud is a crime and not harmless. but if you don't care, don't comment.
