So, I believe it was Dippy who provided us with a lot of background information on the game, but now I want to know where I can actually get my HANDS on the game. I just watched a combo video (with music from L'arc En Ciel yumm) and it was gorgeous. I really want to play this game, help me out?

Legally? Doing so is somewhat difficult. The sanest thing is that you should have asked Andy before he left -- while the game is out of print, most doujin shops should still carry it (both the original and the expansion). Barring that, you can try importing it yourself through Akibado (http://www.akibado.com/). You may also get lucky and find it on eBay (that's what I did). If you want it right now, Himeya sells the original (http://www.himeyashop.com/product_info.php/products_id/830) and the expansion (http://www.himeyashop.com/product_info.php/cPath/62_64/products_id/831), but they are expensive. (The set retailed at 4500 yen)
Or you can be a l33t pirate and win at the Internet, but I can not talk about such things here.

If its a port of Act Cadenza, it should hopefully be decent.
