Enjoy the 512kb MP3 player. Pretty much everyone in Mass and northward that would've eliminated you is going to another tournement in Maine (http://ddrmaine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5476) that's happening the next day. The Newport people did a great job of announcing this ahead of time, much less being forthcoming about anything like, you know, the prizes or rules or mentioning that it's actually happening with enough lead time for people to get the day off. Oh well, enjoy winning a scrub tourney.

This was partially the managers fault. She said she posted the info on DDR Freak, but no one could find it. I know I got a thing in the mail about it. And I laughed and ripped it up.
Have fun being elitist in Maine with all the cooler people, though, man.

Calling LoN a scrub tournament because no one from maine will be there is snooty and elitist, and you should slap yourself in the face for doing so.

Are you serious!!!!So you guys say this won't be such a challenge because, the last tounament I went to had Rob Stevens and Craig Stevens in it.If only I were better at MaXX Unlimited and Legend maybe, I wouldn't have a problem.I've improved since the last time you've seen me, Radio. :D

Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, a perfect example of the only thing that manages to make DDR not fun for just about anyone. TTFN.

Calling LoN a scrub tournament because no one from maine will be there is snooty and elitist, and you should slap yourself in the face for doing so.
Of course it would. That's why I based my reasoning on more empirical grounds: little to no information other than that it's happening if put up in no more than two weeks in advance. No one can get the day off work so no one can travel. It's common sense. I'm not trying to sound snooty, so don't let facts and circumstance mislead.

There is nothing misleading about refering everyone that participated in LoN scrubs, and no amount of backpedaling or big words will change that.
Now then, apologize or shut up. Those are your options. Choose well.
Anyhoo, awesome job Jose!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, this is stupid it was just a tournament.I don't care about singles game play anymore, I quit singles on ddr.I'm a doubles player because, that requires more mobility than singles and it's not boring.I'm sorry guys but singles on ddr is too easy. :p

If you think that by scrub I was referring to social status or some other sweeping meaning of the word, then I'm sorry. I was referring solely to skill at a game, and by that measure alone, pretty much anyone other than Jose, Clay, and Dr.J(sp?) in RI is scrub to me. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm pretty sure I could've beaten all of the above in that tournament if I knew about it before planning a tourney the next day, but it's just a game after all, so I wasn't expecting anyone to get so uppity over my remark. Now, as geared as it was, I meant what I said and hopefully this clarifies things a little so no one has to feel like a societal reject because they play a stompy arrow game.

And when exactly did I refer to anything involving social status?
And if its "just the stompy arrow game", why make a comment like that in the first place?
And after making said comment, did you really expect to not catch flak for it?
And with that, I'm done.
Have fun being teh l33t at teh arrow stompy gaem lol!!!1111
