On monday,tuesday, and thursday from 5-9:30 there are sessions at Play-n-Trade walpole of various fighting games. Stuff like GGXX, 3S,CvS2, A3, Kof, and Melee. Most tourneys cost around $3-$5. The more entries the more cash to win, so bring your friends. Commonly it works out to double elim. round robin but the more people the format may change.

I would assume so. Play-n-Trade is similar to Gamestop. Though if you were to bring in your own as-stick, I don't think they'd have a problem with it (as long as its not programmable).
