Man, do you guys remember the times when Colums was a hit in Sega??
Well if you don't know, Colums is like Tetris but in the past, they named Tetris, Colums.
-Colums is old school because things looked in old mario version style.
-Tetris is new school because it looks a lot more better and has a lot more advanced terms.
Now that Colums is Tetris,
What did you guys think of the game? Was Colums better or Tetris?

I got to level 200 on Columns and I thought I would get a prize or something. It's just gets insanely faster. But I love it, I still play it on my sega.

Note #1: It is spelled Columns
Note #2: Columns is really more like Bejeweled than Tetris. So colored blocks fall from the top of the screen...Does that mean any game that has 2D fighting is really Street Fighter?
Note #3: I prefer Tetris over Columns. Namely because I can play Tetris in Death mode (blocks instantly drop to bottom of screen, as if the drop/down button was pressed immediately after block launch). Tetris + Death Mode = Addictive as hell ^_^

Translation: You're a faggot.
Really people, if you have nothing to contribute to a thread other than insulting someones spelling or grammar, dont say anything at all.
Back on topic, I've never played Columns

:o Elays just got tooled.
Mm... I just downloaded columns for my emulator and played it for a bit. The old-school-ness is NOT worth it. The gameplay is... lame. Even for a puzzle game.

Pfft, Puyo Puyo/Kirby's Avalanche > Columns.
and you all know it.
Then again.... Tetris Attack > all.
and making fun of someone's grammar is stupid.
look at me i can say intelligent things without proper spelling or grammer

He was actually defending me, in a sense. It's a long story, and I don't really feel like explaining it to someone I don't really know; please don't take that offensively. :mouse:
