TGA Army, wants you!!

This goes without saying, but TGA exists because of you. A majority of the TGA membership was brought or exposed to TGA through another member. I thank you beyond words for everything you have done for TGA!

I want to start an aggressvie ad campaign and get TGA more exposure. I continue to write letters and I am in the process of setting up ads in major publications, but I can only do so much, YOU are the people that have been doing the amazing job of helping TGA grow, like.. a TGA army! lol yeah..that sounds good.

If you are interested in enlisting in the TGA army, this is what you can do to help:

Sign up for accounts at our sister sites: Bemanistyle.com, arcadelifestyle.com, ddrfreak.com. Even a simple post introducing yourself and identifying yourself as a TGA regular in your profile and posts will help us gain more name recoginition. Posting informative and relevant posts will help us gain respect. Remember as a member of the TGA army, your conduct will reflect on TGA, so be courteous and make sure your posts are well thought out.

Mention TGA on live journals and my space accounts.

E-mail me and I can send you files or flyers to distribute at concerts / conventions.

Mention TGA at other websties of similar interest.

I need ideas!

Please discuss some ideas to get TGA some exposure.

Maybe I'll even make some TGA army T-shirts for people who help out. I dunno, we can really get creative with this.

apparently you havent been there in a while or you would know it doesnt stink in tga anymore since jarrid isnt there and andy runs it. also space isnt really an issue as there is a back room also it only seems cramped in ther when everybody is in the front and nobody is in back

I still plan on having flyers at my table at Anime Boston. I actually came up with few designs, I put that on hold though until I find out whats going with TGA (as far as whether its staying in Woonsocket or what since I'm putting the address on them).

I'm also gonna be putting a link up to this site on my front page, next time I update my site. ^_^

If I go to Otakon again this year, I'll also be pimping out TGA like Whoa.

I'm working on a TGA comic. A bunch of Bemani characters break loose! The other half are like "lol, we want to stay in the games". So they end up like Pokemon in a sort of way, I guess, and we make "teams" of Bemani characters, on whatever side. I'm not sure who's going to be evil and help the characters that are on the Dark Side of Bemani, but the storyline is interesting so far. I might just draw everybody as they would look in IIDX, 'cause I can do that. I have a picture of me IIDX'd.

I live in Los Angeles, but I'd be happy to leave some flyers in Little Tokyo and other areas of town where I know folks would be interested. We need a west coast contingent over here!!! :)

I'm also an artist (yep, I draw cartoons for a living) so maybe I could come up with something for you in the way of an icon or something? Kinda like the way Dejiko is the mascot for Anime Gamers. The medusa's a pretty good example (I don't mean the character itself, but the graphic style) of my graphic character design work and the style might be great for an original TGA mascot, if you like it. :)

T-shirts, maybe? Just look at Pink Godzilla in Seattle. They have a super cute, eye-catching character. I'd love to design one myself especially for you for being so good vibe! :)
