[DMX] Why i love this game.

I love it because you can like, do liquid and still play the game. For reference, see Al(l)(e)(a)n. Why do you love DMX?

I love it for the fact that I can play this and always get better, I have still yet to see a SS, Although Eric has come close back in the day and I am getting closer now.

well, when i'm not banging my wrists against the sensors...i love it because it has a pretty good music selection and when i finish playing i'm not all sweaty and gasping for breath.

I think I over-exert myself when I play that game. A lot of people that have seen me play know that I go completely nuts with I’m playing even the simplest of Mild songs. It’s that freestyling spirit in me.

I also suffer from the "wrist meets sensor" problem, a lot more often than I should. Hopefully I can get more comfortable with them in the future like the Allen of mythical legend. But I can safely say that I DMX will be keeping my attention for a while.

Why do I love this game?

Well, it being my first music game is a factor. But! Just like Bryan said, it's the freestyle spirit. There is no better feeling then spinning around and nailing perfects one after another. Ah...memories. There will always be a place for DMX in my scedule. Gotta pay my dues. ^ ^

Seriously though, I love the game because its extremely easy and addicting. And fun to do totally crazy freestyles in it.

This game is suuuuchhhhhhhh a performance. Fighting games and FPSes are nothing without competition. And this game is nothing without freestyle. :) Heck, this game has so much style that its actually hard to play it without accidentally doing something stylish even if you're not trying!

I don't know about you, but I much rather prefer the latter.

I tried that today on singles and I nearly broke my right hand, then my left hand too. :lol:

I did however succeed in getting a combo fever. That was pretty neat.

But I really enjoy this game. I've always foudn I have much better dexterity with mah arms than mah legs, so I have a bit easier time with it off the bat, and find I'm damn near freestyling when I play anyway , which amkes me happy cause I am very much so about aesthetics.

That's just me. I like the game because those people playing it look better than those people playing other rythem games... that I've seen at least =D

1765 for me. I died on stage 18 - Boys. :)

Theres a picture on AIJ of a 2200 combo. I know I can do it I just don't get to try very often. (Plus I'd be too tired after failing to try twice in the same day anyways.)

Combo fever only seems to happen during marathon mode. And when it does happen your lifebar goes up 25% which is extremely helpful since you're playing endless pressure mode!

And I have to bow down to Blaze for this - he did clear the second extra stage at Anime Woonsocket. I still haven't done that. I haven't haven't got past the Jet World part on the first doubles extra stage either.

The easiest course is the DMX 1st mix course but its about 20 songs long.
The shortest course is the append course which is only 14 songs long.
The hardest course is the DMX 2nd mix course with its insane 28 songs, includiing Boys.

If you're going for pure combo attack don't use the 2nd mix course. I think it has a fixed order and every 4th song is one of the harder ones. I bet they planned that on purpose to keep you from reaching the combo fever and playing forever. But unless you get jipped on Afronova Primeval or All My Love I bet you could even full combo the first marathon course. That'd be pretty impressive.

Well, it was my first music game.. Actually Frequency was.. But That is besides the point here..

I am actually decent in it too. If I applied myself, I know I can get so much better. This summer is my summer. I will reign again.. Muahaha.. ha.

I love this game because Its my alternate to DDR.
Lets say if I break my leg FSing on Parionoia Survivor MAX (Highly unlikely, I mean actually playing the song at all :D )
I could just wheel over to DMX, and have at it :)
