Frequency/Amplitude

Well im sure many of you have heard/played/own one of these great games, so lets get a discussion going. For all of you who dont know, Frequency/Amplitude is a music based game made by Harmonix (same company for Krev) where there are different tracks that have a left, middle, and right sphere type thing on them. You hit the corresponding button to break the sphere and play that part of a song. You move from track ot track tring to keep a combo going (which is friggen hard on Insane Mode) and you play through all the songs to beat the game. Sound simple, good, go get it if you donthave it and play it.

As for me, im currently stuck on the 2nd to last song in the game, Komputer Kontroller, and i cant get past 50% of the song. Its rather agraviting.

great....game? No my friend, I am no big fan of this game, most likely due to poor songlist, too varied a song list, and not enough freeze pop

Freezepop is the only reason to play either game. That and Smartbomb on frequency.

..... I <3 amplitude. Its all about Symbion Project, David Bowie, Akrobatix, Production Club, BT, and pretty much every song thats not in Metaclouds. (Production Club is exempt)

you know, it is rather nice to have a music game containing plenty of songs we knew about even before the game came out...more recent music....i got tired of the game in general, but i couldn't stop playing the no doubt "ex-girlfriend" song...

Im still hooked on Amplitude, i dont know why. Its another addiction is guess. Maybe TGA should have some tournies for it

So its just the songlist people don't like?

Nobody else hated having to do the old carrage return / line feed routine like an old typewriter? Did anyone ever get really fusturated when the game stuck them in a situation when they were practically forced to break their combo? (In FreQency the map was a tunnel and the stage wrapped around. In Amp the map was a plane and it no longer wrapped around.)

I still like Amplitude but sometimes this drives me nuts!

Its all about tring to find the line. Hell its not that hard to find one. I have a line on almost every song, except for every song in metaclouds because they suck. i hope harmonix makes expansion discs.

Imm happy to sport my 4 bar scores on 7 songs i beelive. There are like 5 songs that i dont have ALTEAST a 2 bar score on. 3 of wich i dont play. Komputer Kontroller, Spatzik, and Whats goin on (so annoying). I cant friggen get a 2 bar score on Out of the Box or Kimosabe. I just cant keep the streak >.< though im also proud to sport my 5k score on Synthesized.

I have three bars on every song but Cosmonaut Zero, Komputer
Kontroller, and I think Rock Steady. lol

I have four bars on quite a few songs, I'd love to play against some of
